Classic Appraisals, Incorporated has been established since 1990 and is family owned and operated. Having 9 fee appraisers and 3 office locations, allows us to service a broad area in Southeast Michigan, Southeast Tennessee and parts of Northwest Georgia.. We currently serve 20 counties on a regular basis, with additional counties outside of these counties being covered based on volume. With Certified Residential, General, and State Licensed Real Estate Appraisers on staff, we are qualified and have experience in appraising residential properties over 1 Million Dollars.

We understand our client’s needs and have experience with “high volume”. Typically under normal circumstances, if the property being appraised is not unique or valued over 1 million dollars, completed residential appraisal reports are provided to our clients within 1 – 3 business days from the time of inspection. Classic Appraisals, Inc. pays particular attention to secondary market requirements with corrections made immediately and typically returned to our clients within the same day.

Classic Appraisals, Inc has an in-house review department which minimizes underwriting issues that may occur. Be assured, that our in house review department DOES NOT affect the turn around time of a well-finished product, which is always delivered to our clients in a timely manner.

Some of our high volume clients include but are not limited to: Chase Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Indy Mac Bank, Centex, PNC Bank, & Citizens Bank, New York Community Bancorp. We take pride in our work and are sure that once you try our firm you will see why our clients utilize our services.

Classic Appraisals, Inc takes great pride in the services offered. We provide our clients with a “one on one” service. With excellent turn around time, a reliable staff, knowledge of the areas, and an expertise in the real estate world, we remain one of the best in the state of Michigan.

Sincerely,
Christine M. Kroth
